Originally, I started my rental from Mudshark over at Big Sur where I had a 1024 plot that I turned into a beautiful garden. I also had mainland, two-4096 plots, that were designed and decorated for reef living. One thing I always wanted to do was create an even larger garden that offered wedding packages. Mud to the rescue! After talking with him about rates and locations, I promptly sold most of my mainland tier, packed my bags and took over Tora 3.

It’s been a learning process and Mud has been there every step of the way. From editing my terrain with rolling hills and water canals to playing endlessly with the grass trying get the texture just right. He has been a dream landlord who knows how to keep his occupants happy and is always willing to listen and help with any issue you could possibly have.

If your looking for a great place to live with wonderful rates and fantastic neighbors, then Big Sur and Tora living is for you. You can’t get any better then what Mud has to offer!

Having lived here on Big Sur for a few months now, I can honestly say that the Estates are a great place to be.

I have owned on private land prior to coming here, but here I feel more at home than my previous place. I love it! So much so I had to get involved. What can I say, the Owner, Mudshark Mills is great. He listens. He is around and accessible. Cant say that about other island owners.

My Partner and I started in a skybox on land that was a mountain. But after changes were made we jumped at the chance to live the beach life. Now back on solid ground, we love every single second. Heck, we even picked up another lot to allow us to have more land to play with. And hey, lets be honest, the extra prims never hurts

No plans to leave. It just keeps getting better.
