Land is just land. But a Community involves people.
And no where will you find a better bunch of people gathered in one place. So, if you call Big Sur or Tora your home, please, get involved and share you views on life here. And if you do, you will not get extra prims or a break on the rent. Sorry 
But you will give others a smile. So that should be worth it.
